Enhancements to the Vantage Fee Protect Tax Advice Line

Vantage brings tax advice line in-house ..

Vantage Fee Protect continues to go from strength to strength, with more and more accountants choosing Vantage as their Fee Protection Insurance provider.

Accountants are drawn towards our simplified and transparent approach, innovative on-line tools, significant policy enhancements and expert claims handlers delivering 99% first time acceptance.

At Vantage we do not stand still and continue to look for ways in which we can evolve, in order to keep setting ourselves apart from the competition.  With this in mind, we are delighted to announce that our tax and VAT telephone advice and consultancy provision will move from our outsource partner into our in-house advice team with immediate effect.

From your point of view this will be a completely seamless transition and you should continue to use our normal advice line number – 0116 2437892.

Our in-house advice team consists of 10 consultants who between them have over 250 years’ experience in all areas of tax and many years of experience on tax advice lines.  They are geared towards providing a high end, bespoke service that will give the level of insight our clients require.  Their ethos is very much to go over and above what you would expect from an advice line.   However where there is an unavoidable requirement for in-depth written support, the Vantage team can provide this support, at affordable regional rates.

“We made the decision to outsource the advice service.  However given our considerable growth it soon became evident that in order to maintain quality at a sustainable level, we would need to invest in-house.  The move in-house, to a dedicated team of consultants, gives us far greater control over the level of service, with calls handled by Vantage employees who are committed to the Vantage ethos of going over and above.  We remain committed to further enhancing this service, along with all other elements of our product offering during 2017.”  Brendan Dawson – Vantage Managing Director
