  • Bespoke marketing letter templates for your practice to send to clients
  • Clients leaflets that are bespoke which help increase take up

  • Summaries of the benefits of cover to send to clients
  • Advice and guidance throughout, including regulatory guidance

Marketing Administration Support

Mailing services – If you would prefer, you can use our mailing services.  We have our own dedicated mailing team, who deal with hundreds of mailings for our accountancy clients each year.  You maintain control, however we do the work, for no extra cost.  More specifically:

  • We produce bespoke marketing letter templates for your practice, which you approve.
  • You send us your client list and letterhead (in hard copy or electronic form).
  • We administer the mailing on your behalf.
  • At the end of each month we send you a cheque for any fee or commission due to you.

You can rest assured that we have rigorous internal procedures in place in order to ensure that your mailing goes out accurately and on time.  You will have a dedicated scheme administrator who will introduce themselves to you and work closely with from that point onwards on the mailing.  Your client data will be held securely and only used in connection with your Tax Fee Protection Insurance scheme.

Premium collection services – In addition if you would like we can collect the premium for you.  This option is available regardless of whether you have done the mailing or we have done the mailing, very simply:

  • Either you mail your clients or you use our mailing services.
  • We provide pre-paid envelopes to be included in the mailing, with our return address on.
  • Clients return their reply slip directly to us and make payment to us also (either by cheque, BACS or online).
  • At the end of each month we send you a cheque for any fee or commission due to you.
  • Available for both regulated and non-regulated (VAT) schemes.

Insurance Literature

Our inhouse marketing team can create bespoke leaflets for your clients which informs them of the benefits of taking out Fee Protection with Vantage.

Insurance Webshops

As part of our Marketing Support service Vantage offer white labelled webshops which your clients can use to purchase our Fee Protection services.
