Our claims portal integrates with our Accountancy Portal and enables you to make, manage and view your claims at the touch of a button. In addition your dedicated claims handler will be on hand to assist you with expert advice and guidance as often or as little as required
Our unique webshops enable your clients to purchase fee protection insurance directly online. Your clients can access the webshop and purchase cover, Vantage Fee Protect collect the payment and forward any practice commission or fee back to you. Policy documents are automatically generated for the client and renewals can also be handled electronically, if you wish.
We moved to Vantage Fee Protect because they offered us something unique – a method of offering fee protection to our clients online via a Synergee branded webshop. This has enabled us to significantly reduce the annual administration time and costs on our fee protection scheme.
